I wouldn’t trust this place to put air in my tire!! I had $1,800 worth of work done on the back end of my vehicle. Tires were turning inward and wearing wrong. Control arms and trailing arms were replaced. Trailing arm was a used part. After picking up my vehicle, there were several icons lit up on my dash. I didn’t bring it in that way. I was told it needed a new O ring? Was told if I buy the part they’d fix it. Umm…it didnt have this issue before. So, they did end up making it right on their end. They got the part and fixed it. Awesome! Shouldn’t have been an issue to begin with. *Month and a half later and I’m still having the EXACT same issue. Tires are inward and wearing wrong. Bring it back up to Rainbow, no one could help me because Dustin isn’t there and no one can get ahold of him for the past few days. Was told to come back another day. Ok, weird. Come back the following week. I speak with Dustin about the issue. They check out the issue and say that the parts we got before must’ve had bad bushings, he says they’ll take care of it. Says he’ll call me the next day when he can get the parts. Never hear from him. I call the day after not

Forest and his team has helped us several times with our older cars over the past couple of years and has always done great work. Last week he helped us and was able to make several repairs to our 2009 Ford so we could get it working and on the road in time for an out of state trip. Their prices are fair and they do great work.

I used to trust this location when Bob ran it. Brought my car in for a catalytic converter, left with my car not starting hours after getting it “repaired”, had to come back multiple times while the new management claimed that other issues that emerged after getting my car “repaired” just so randomly happened after repair. After $600+ I now have an engine light on and a shaking car when driven over 60 mph. These are issues I never had prior to coming in. Management is claiming that I’m comparing apples to oranges like I don’t know my car. Also my AC stopped working after I got my exhaust worked on and when I explained that, Forest tried to gaslight me as if I don’t know how to work my own AC. If you care about your car or money, go elsewhere…at least until they are under new management. Pay attention to recent reviews.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION. I WAS SCAMMED . They just take your money and overcharge you and when you have an issue they try and get you to spend more money and never take accountability. I came in for muffler and exhaust tips installation. The tips were welded on and shouldn’t have been. Dustin at the front counter tried to play me like I don’t know what welds look like and claim the tips were bolted on how they should. I complained about the tips sticking out too far before I even left , and they were not helpful at all and said nothing they can do. I went to another exhaust shop and they straight up told me “ it looks like crap “ , but are able to fix it as it should. Now the exhaust tips are ruined and I basically just donated $300 for them to install mufflers. Common sense would be for them to ask me if I like fitment before making things final by welding. But they just do things how they want and not what the customer wants.

I called for a quote. Dustin told me to come by so he could look at it. Immediately put it on the ramps and told me $100-120 to fix my muffler that came off the exhaust. They worked on it right away and had it done in less than 15 minutes and ended up charging me $111. Great service. Doesn’t get any better than that. Highly recommend taking your car there for repairs. Thanks Dustin and thank you Rainbow Muffler and brake. Will definitely remember you in the future.
